In the Hopper: Atlas Fitness and Fasting Tracker

Another area where I had five apps tracking things I wanted in one place is in the area of fitness. I do a lot of fasting, and when I need to drop some weight I always turn back to Keto as it's been the most effective diet I've ever embarked upon. (Obligatory legal note: I am not a doctor, nor am I a member of the healthcare field. Opinions expressed here are just that: my beliefs. Always consult with a doctor before beginning any sort of fitness routines) I want to track fluids but again - when I have to log into four different apps to do these things - and pay for all of them... well, you see the dilemma.
Atlas is a forthcoming catalyst app (meaning it'll work on iPhone, iPad, and have a dedicated iPad version scale directly onto the Mac) that tracks all of these things.
Answer a few typical start up questions about your current measurements and your goals and you're off. But what I really like about Atlas is all of these things will sort of factor into one another. You can use the values separately or - in settings - you can toggle factoring exercise into your caloric intake values. Exercise can impact fasting so that's a toggle you can choose as well. Build recipes and search food databses ffreely available online. Yes other apps do some of these things but again - subscriptions.
Atlas is developing and will hopefully release around January - just in time to track your new years resolutions! Atlas will be free to use all the features with a one time and recurring tip jar inside the app to thank the developer should the spirit move you!
