Olympus Life Software LLC provides productivity applications for macOS.

⚬    Apollo: A calendar application that allows users to connect, combine, and manage their Google Calendars.

⚬    Hermes: An email application that allows users to check, manage, and organize multiple email accounts.

 

2. Privacy and Data Storage

Local and iCloud Storage: Our Apps are designed to respect your privacy. App data, preferences, and configuration files are primarily stored locally on your device or synced via your personal Apple iCloud account. We do not store or process your personal calendar data or email messages on our own servers. Your use of iCloud is subject to Apple’s Terms and Conditions.

 

3. Third-Party Services and Account Credentials

To provide their core functionality, our Apps interact with third-party services, including Google Calendar and various email service providers.

⚬    Authentication: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your third-party account credentials (e.g., Google or email passwords/tokens).

⚬    Third-Party Terms: Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies (e.g., Google’s Terms of Service). We are not responsible for the availability, uptime, or security of these third-party services.

⚬    API Limitations: Our Services rely on third-party Application Programming Interfaces (APIs). We are not liable if a third party (such as Google or your email provider) changes, suspends, or terminates their API, which may affect the functionality of our Apps.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our Apps on your Apple devices for personal or internal business purposes.

⚬    Use the Apps for any illegal, unauthorized, or malicious purpose.

⚬    Attempt to bypass any security measures or licensing restrictions within the Apps.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Apps and Services (excluding third-party integrations and your personal data), including all software, design, text, and graphics, are and will remain the exclusive property of Olympus Life Software LLC.

 

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. OLYMPUS LIFE SOFTWARE LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APPS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR INTERRUPTIONS-FREE, OR THAT THEY WILL ALWAYS PROPERLY SYNC WITH THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL OLYMPUS LIFE SOFTWARE LLC, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICES; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

 

8. Governing Law
