1. Overview
Olympus Life LLC develops productivity, planning, calendar, communication, learning, and personal life-management software for Apple platforms.
This Privacy Policy explains what information Olympus Life Software apps may collect or use, how that information is handled, and what choices you have. This policy applies to Olympus Life Software apps, including Athena Life Manager, Apollo, Atlas, Hermes, Artemis, Hera, Pegasus, Themis, and related Olympus Life Software projects where this policy is linked.
Olympus Life LLC does not sell your data. Olympus Life LLC does not use your data for third-party advertising. Olympus Life LLC does not use your data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
2. Information Our Apps Collect or Use
Olympus apps may collect or use information you create, import, connect, sync, or choose to provide in order to deliver app functionality.
This may include:

Projects, tasks, subtasks, notes, tags, schedules, and project metadata

Calendar events, reminders, due dates, locations, attendees, links, and availability information

User settings, preferences, saved views, classifications, app state, and sync status

Files, attachments, links, or references you add

This information is used to display your content, preserve app state, sync data where enabled, support collaboration or sharing features, and provide the app features you choose to use.
3. App-Specific Information
Athena Life Manager
Athena is a task and project management application. Athena may store projects, tasks, subtasks, notes, tags, project notes, task notes, due dates, scheduling information, completion status, archive status, work session records, attachments, links, sharing records, and collaboration-related project data.
Athena may use iCloud and CloudKit to sync your Athena data across your Apple devices and to support sharing or collaboration features. Athena does not use your data for advertising, tracking, or sale to data brokers.
Apollo
Apollo is a calendar, reminders, scheduling, and availability application. Apollo may store calendar events, reminder items, event notes, locations, attendee information, calendar metadata, account and calendar identifiers, availability preferences, scheduling poll information, event classifications, calendar roles, settings, diagnostics, and backup data.
Apollo may request access to Apple Calendar so it can display, create, edit, and sync the calendars you select. Apollo may request access to Apple Reminders so it can display, create, edit, complete, reschedule, and sync the reminder lists you select. Apollo may connect to Google Calendar when you authorize Google access, and may store Google account, calendar, sync, and authorization information needed to provide calendar sync.
Apollo may use iCloud or CloudKit for selected settings, profile, sync, or Olympus app-interoperability features where enabled. Apollo does not use your calendar, reminder, or scheduling data for advertising or tracking.
Atlas
Atlas may include personal wellness, health, fitness, reflection, progress, or life-management features. Depending on the features you use, Atlas may store health-related information you enter directly, such as wellness notes, goals, habits, check-ins, reflections, progress records, activity-related information, nutrition-related information, mood-related information, or other personal health and wellness content.
Where supported, Atlas may request permission to read from or write to the Apple Health app. Apple Health access is optional, permission-based, and controlled by you through Apple’s system privacy settings. Atlas only requests access to health data types needed for the features you choose to use.
Atlas does not use Apple Health data for advertising. Atlas does not sell Apple Health data. Atlas does not disclose Apple Health data to third parties without your permission. Atlas does not use health, fitness, or wellness data to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Atlas is designed for personal wellness and life-management support. It is not a medical device, does not provide medical diagnosis, and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
4. iCloud and CloudKit
Some Olympus apps may use Apple iCloud and CloudKit to sync app data across your Apple devices or to support sharing and collaboration features.
When iCloud sync is enabled, app data may be stored in your personal iCloud account using Apple’s infrastructure. Your use of iCloud and CloudKit is also subject to Apple’s privacy practices and terms.
Olympus Life LLC does not use iCloud or CloudKit data for advertising, marketing profiles, or tracking across other apps and websites.
5. Apple Calendar, Apple Reminders, and Apple Health
Olympus apps may request access to Apple Calendar, Apple Reminders, or Apple Health only when those permissions are needed for app functionality.
These permissions are optional. If you deny access, the app will continue to function, but related features may be limited or unavailable. You can grant or revoke these permissions through your device’s system settings.
6. Google Mail, Calendar and Other Connected Services
Some Olympus apps may allow you to connect third-party services, such as Google Calendar. When you connect a service, Olympus apps may receive and store the information needed to provide that connection, such as account identifiers, calendar identifiers, event data, sync tokens, or authorization tokens.
Your use of connected services is also governed by the privacy policies and terms of those services. You can disconnect connected services where supported in the app or through the third-party service’s account settings.
7. Olympus App Interoperability
Olympus apps may allow you to send or receive information between Olympus apps, such as moving calendar-related work between Apollo, Athena, Hermes, Artemis, Hera, Atlas, Pegasus, or Themis.
These integrations are used to provide app functionality and are initiated by features you choose to use. Information shared between Olympus apps may include task, calendar, schedule, message, project, note, or wellness-related content depending on the integration.
8. Notifications
Olympus apps may use notifications for reminders, due dates, calendar alerts, agenda information, scheduling updates, daily planning, wellness check-ins, or other app-related alerts you enable.
You can manage notification permissions through your device’s system settings. Some notification preferences may also be managed inside individual Olympus apps.
9. Data Linked to You
Some app data may be linked to your identity because it is associated with your iCloud account, connected service account, app records, shared projects, collaboration records, or device-specific app data.
This may include user-created content, account identifiers, app-specific identifiers, iCloud or CloudKit identifiers, Google account identifiers, calendar identifiers, and sync-related records. This data is linked to you for app functionality only.
10. Data Not Used for Tracking
Olympus Life LLC does not use your data to track you across other companies’ apps, websites, or services.
Olympus Life LLC does not use third-party advertising networks. Olympus Life LLC does not sell your data to advertisers, data brokers, or information resellers.
11. Analytics, Diagnostics, and Support
Olympus apps do not use third-party advertising. Olympus apps do not use third-party analytics services unless this policy is updated to say otherwise.
Olympus Life LLC may review crash reports, diagnostic information, logs, screenshots, support messages, or feedback that you choose to provide through Apple or direct support channels. This information is used to improve app reliability, troubleshoot issues, and support users.
12. Attachments, Links, Files, and Backups
Olympus apps may allow you to add links, file references, attachments, exports, imports, or backups.
Depending on the feature and platform, these items may be stored locally, referenced from your device, exported by you, or synced through iCloud or a connected service where supported. You should avoid adding sensitive information unless you are comfortable storing that information in the app, your device, your Apple account, or any connected service you choose to use.
13. Sharing and Collaboration
Olympus apps may allow you to share projects, calendars, scheduling polls, notes, or other content with other people.
When you share content, information related to that shared content may become available to invited participants. This may include names, titles, tasks, events, notes, schedules, responses, completion status, and other associated content.
Only share content with people you trust.
14. Data Retention and Deletion
Olympus apps retain app data as needed to provide app functionality, including sync, task management, calendar management, reminders, wellness features, history, backups, archive behavior, collaboration, and support.
You may delete app content inside the relevant app where deletion features are provided. Some deleted or archived information may remain temporarily in local storage, backups, iCloud sync systems, connected services, or system-level storage depending on Apple platform behavior and the services you use.

15. Your Choices
You can control your data and permissions in several ways:

Create, edit, archive, export, or delete app content where supported

16. Children’s Privacy
Olympus apps are not specifically directed to children. Olympus Life LLC does not knowingly collect personal information from children for advertising or tracking.
17. Security
Olympus apps rely on Apple platform security, device-level protections, iCloud, CloudKit, and connected-service security systems to help protect app data.
No system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Apple account, Google account, devices, passwords, passcodes, and iCloud settings.
18. International Users
Olympus apps may be available in multiple countries or regions. By using Olympus apps, you understand that your data may be processed through Apple services, Google services, connected services, and Olympus Life LLC systems according to applicable terms, policies, and regional availability.
19. Changes to This Policy
Olympus Life LLC may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the effective date at the top of this policy will be updated.
Continued use of Olympus apps after a policy update means you accept the updated policy.
